  8. Activates or deactivates programs that are run from the WBStartup drawer.
  9. When run from the user-startup script holding down the LEFTMOUSEBUTTON
  10. during boot up will popup the Workbench Startup Manager GUI.  Since the
  11. user-startup script is executed before the programs in the WBStartup
  12. drawer are run, your selection will be valid in that very session.
